【摘要】:ThispartofISO6336specifiesthefundamentalformulaeforuseinthedeterminationofthesurfaceloadcapacityofcylindricalgearswithinvoluteinternalorexternalteeth.Itincludesformulaeforallinfluencesonsurfacedurabilityforwhichquantitativeassessmentscanbemade.Itappliesprimarilytooil-lubricatedtransmissions,butmayalsobeusedtoobtainapproximatevaluesfor(slow-running)grease-lubricatedtransmissions,aslongassufficientlubricantispresentinthemeshatalltimes.ThegivenformulaearevalidforcylindricalgearswithtoothprofilesinaccordancewiththebasicrackstandardizedinISO53.Theymaybeusedforteethwheretheactualtransversecontactratioislessthanεan=2,5.TheresultsareingoodagreementwithothermethodsfortherangeasindicatedinthescopeofISO6336-1.TheuserofthispartofISO6336iscautionedthatwhenthemethodspecifiedisusedforlargehelixanglesandlargepressureangles,thecalculatedresultsshouldbeconfirmedbyexperienceasbymethodA.Theseformulaecannotbedirectlyappliedfortheassessmentoftypesofgeartoothsurfacedamagesuchasplasticyielding,scratching,scuffingoranyotherthanthatdescribedinclause3.Theloadcapacitydeterminedbywayofthepermissiblecontactstressiscalledthe"surfaceloadcapacity"or"surfacedurability".
