【摘要】:ProvidesadditionalguidancetouserstoaugmenttheInternationalStandard.Inparticular,additionalguidanceisprovidedforsmallorganizationsthatmaywishtoconsideritsapplicationtothefullrangeofauditactivities(i.e.,first,second,andthird-partyaudits)andforanyusersthatwishtoapplythestandardtointernal(first-party)auditsandexternalsupplier(second-party)audits.Sincethedefinitionofsmallorganizationsmayvary,theconceptofasmallorganizationinthisSupplementdoesnotonlyrelatetothesizeoftheorganizationbutalsotothecomplexityofthemanagementsystem,complexityoftheproductandprocesses,theorganization'sregulatoryenvironment,andtheeffectivenessofcommunicationswithintheorganization.Therefore,theguidancegivenforsmallorganizationsmayalsoapplytolargerorganizationswithsimplemanagementsystems,simpleproductsandprocesses,littleregulatoryimpact,andgoodcommunicationsprocessesamongthepersonnel,functionsandmanagementlevels.Theorganization'stopmanagementandtheauditprogrammanagershoulddeterminetheapplicationofISO19011:2002andthisSupplementtotheirorganization.
