【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthebasicrequirementforcoloredandwhitepigmentsinpowderformtobeusedasadmixturesinconcreteforthepurposeofproducingintegrallycoloredconcrete.Wherethepigmentsareaconstituentofamulticomponentadmixture,thisspecificationappliestothepigmentconstituentoftheadmixture.Thisspecificationisnotintendedtoestablishcompatibilityofpigmentswithanyotherconcreteadmixturesunlesstheyaretestedincombinationinaccordancewith.1.2Thisspecificationdoesnotincludethedeterminationofpigmentstabilitywhenelevatedtemperatureusinglow-pressure(atmospheric)orhigh-pressure(autoclave)steamisusedtoacceleratethecuringprocess.1.3Inadditiontotestsdefiningthepigmentsthemselves,alimitednumberoftestsonconcreteareincludedtodefinetheeffectsonsettingtimes,aircontent,andcompressivestrength.Ifmoreextensiveinformationisrequiredforaparticularjob,additionaltestingcriteriaandproceduresshouldbeagreeduponbetweentheselleranduser.1.4Themaximumprescribeddosagerateofapigment,establishedinaccordancewith,shallbeequaltoorlessthan10mass%ofcement.Whenacombinationofpigmentsisusedtoproducethedesiredcolorandcolorintensity,thetotaldosagerateofallpigmentscombinedshallnotexceedanyoftheindividualmaximumdosageratesofthecomponentpigments.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsinparenthesesareforinformationpurposesonly.
