【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO28941establishesasystemofdesignationforPPEthermoplasticmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.1.2ThetypesofPPEplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)temperatureofdeflectionunderloadb)meltvolume-flowratec)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthd)flammabilityandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.1.3ThispartofISO28941isapplicabletoallPPEmaterials,includingthosemodifiedwithpolystyreneorpolyamideorothermaterials.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.1.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationnecessarilyhavethesameperformance.ThispartofISO28941doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinISO15103-2,ifsuitable.1.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
