【摘要】:Thegoalofthenon-repudiationserviceistogenerate,collect,maintain,makeavailableandvalidateevidenceconcerningaclaimedeventoractioninordertoresolvedisputesabouttheoccurrenceornon-occurrenceoftheeventoraction.ThispartofISO/IEC13888providesdescriptionsofgenericstructuresthatcanbeusedfornon-repudiationservices,andofsomespecificcommunication-relatedmechanismswhichcanbeusedtoprovidenon-repudiationoforigin(NRO)andnon-repudiationofdelivery(NRD).Othernon-repudiationservicescanbebuiltusingthegenericstructuresdescribedinthispartofISO/IEC13888inordertomeettherequirementsdefinedbythesecuritypolicy.ThispartofISO/IEC13888reliesontheexistenceofatrustedthirdparty(TTP)topreventfraudulentrepudiationoraccusation.Usually,anonlineTTPisneeded.Non-repudiationcanonlybeprovidedwithinthecontextofaclearlydefinedsecuritypolicyforaparticularapplicationanditslegalenvironment.Non-repudiationpoliciesaredefinedinISO/IEC10181-4.
